9. Movement between Conscious State and Unconscious State.

Besides the ways mentioned above of moving in the Conscious Triangle and Unconscious Triangle, we can also move in both Triangles simultaneously. It means we can move around the whole square that represents our psyche.

Among others, we can move between Conscious and Unconscious State. And here we have two options, that is, we can move from Conscious State to Unconscious State and vice versa.

Between Conscious State to Unconscious State, we can move in three ways:

1. Indirectly through one of the points “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” (or “Power or Vulnerable

2. Indirectly through the second of the points “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” (or “Power or Vulnerable State”):

3. Directly from Conscious State to Unconscious State.

We are moving directly between Conscious State and Unconscious State, for example:

  • in this case, when we consciously accept our Unconsciousness,
  • or in the case when we consciously allow ourselves to go into Conscious State, for example, in situations when: — we allow ourselves to do something that usually we do not allow ourselves,
    — we are in an environment where others do not pay attention to what we are doing (or it seems to us that others do not pay attention), for example, while shopping, in cafe, in restaurant, while walking on a city street, etc.
    — we feel safe and at comfortable,
    — we are alone,
    — we are in the group of close people who know us well and accept (or at least tolerate) our psychological states,
    — etc.

These and other reasons for moving between Conscious and Unconscious States I will discuss in the descriptions of individual types of characters.

As for Unconscious State, I think it is worth saying that we often connect with this State. In fact, it is a very familiar State for us. It is, for example, a large part of our thoughts that flow through our minds every day. And it is a large part of various behaviors in various life situations that we do not think about. It is because, for example, we do not have time for it or we simply have got many other things on our mind to think about. The only problem is to distinguish the Unconscious State from the other three psychological states. When we manage to recognize when we are in Unconscious State, then our knowledge of ourselves becomes much greater. And broader knowledge about ourselves will help us in life, in dealing with ourselves and with other people.
