7. Movement in the Conscious Triangle.
I mentioned above that Conscious State plays a major role in our psyche. We identify with this state, and we guide ourselves according to it. So, often we try to be in this state as long as possible.
However, we are unable to be all the time in Conscious State. In that case, we move to other psychological states every now and then.
In Conscious Triangle from Conscious State, we can move to our Strong or Soft Self-Esteem States. So, generally speaking, we can move around our Conscious Triangle, where we have such three possibilities of movement:
1. On the way between points:
- “Conscious State”,
- one of the points — “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” (“Power or Vulnerable State”).
2. On the way between points:
- “Conscious State”,
- the second of the points — “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” (“Power or Vulnerable State”).
3. On the way between points:
- one of the points — “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” (“Power or Vulnerable State”), — the second of the points — “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” (“Power or Vulnerable State”).
So, in the above diagrams, we can see three ways along which we can move between psychological states in Conscious Triangle.
