34. Feedback loop between Power and Vulnerable States caused by rationalism and realism.

About the movement between our psychological states, I have already mentioned in chapters 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 13.

In this chapter, the topic of movement between our psychological states I will develop with the ideas of rationalism and realism that I talked about in the previous two chapters.

Rationalism and realism helped me justify some exciting features of movement between psychological states. First of all, rationalism and realism helped me understand how the movement between states can take place. In other words, how works the communication between these states.

In the beginning, to familiarize us with the topic, let me remind you, where did I get the idea of movement between psychological states. And next, I will also say a bit about how I developed this idea further.

So, I got the idea of moving between our main psychological states from the Enneagram.

In the Enneagram, we have nine personality types.

Each of these nine Enneagram types has three psychological states. These states are as follows:

  • Typical (normal) State for a given type,
  • Stress, and
  • Relax (or Comfort).

The Typical State is the one which a given type of Enneagram identifies with. This is our main state. A state that, as a rule, leads in our psyche.

From time to time, however, the Enneagram types may move to other psychological states under the influence of various factors. That is, they may move either to Stress or to Relax.

How specifically Enneagram types move during the Stress or Relax, we can see in the table below.

The given Enneagram type: During Stress moves to: During Relax (Comfort) moves to:
1. The Perfectionist 47
2. The Giver 84
3. The Performer1 96
4. The Romantic 21
5. The Observer 78
6. The Loyal Skeptic 39
7. The Epicure 15
8. The Protector 52
9. The Mediator 63

The names of the types are by Helen Palmer. These names can be found, for example, in her book “Enneagram”, or on the website:
http://www.enneagram.com/enneagram.html

As we can see in the table above, given Enneagram types move to different types under Stress or Relax. It means, given Enneagram types when stressed or relaxed behave similarly to other types.

The movement I presented in the table above, we can also see in the diagram below.

In this diagram, we can see that the given types are connected by two arrows. In a way, given types are connected by two-way roads. And one lane on these roads I marked with darker arrows. And the other lane, which is going the other way, with brighter arrows. In this way I want to illustrate this, that:
— the brighter line on a given road means moving during Relax (or Comfort),
— the darker line on a given road means moving during Stress.

Besides, to order to find out which direction we are moving during Stress or during Relax, I put the words “Stress” and “Relax” on the individual arrows.

In general, the principle of movement between psychological states in Enneagram we can illustrate in this way.

In the diagram above, we have an incomplete triangle that is formed by three psychological states:

  • Typical (or Normal) State,
  • Stress, and
  • Relax (or Comfort).

With time, under the influence of Jungian psychology, I decided to extend the above incomplete triangle with the idea of Unconsciousness.

And after many considerations, I created the diagram that we can see below.

As we can see, the earlier Enneagram diagram showing movement between psychological states after my considerations has evolved very much.

In total, I made three changes:

  1. I added a second triangle to the above Enneagramic incomplete triangle, which I show in the earlier diagram. Thus, all in all, we have two triangles. It means:
    • Conscious Triangle, which represents Consciousness,
    • Unconscious Triangle (or Complementary Triangle), which represents Unconsciousness.
  2. I added a fourth psychological state, which is:
    • Unconscious State (or Complementary State).
  3. I changed the names of psychological states. In the table below, I show how I changed these names in comparison with Enneagram.

Enneagram The Mandala of Characters
Typical (Normal) State Conscious State
Stress Soft Self-Esteem State
(Vulnerable State)
Relax
(Comfort)
Strong Self-Esteem State
(Power State)
Unconscious State
(Complementary State)

Next, after further reflections, based on the above diagram, I created a symbolic model of the psyche, which I use in the Mandala of Characters.

In the diagram above, we can see that two points have the inscription “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State (Power or Vulnerable State)”. It means this inscription has:
— the point on the right,
— and the point on the left.

In this chapter, I present some answers why I found that Power or Vulnerable State can be in two places?

How we move in our Power and Vulnerable State was the biggest dilemma during the development of the Mandala of Characters. For a long time, I assumed that analogically to Enneagram, during being in one state we can move to one place only.

The Mandala of Characters, however, apart from Enneagram, I also build based on two other typologies. That is, I also build it based on Carl Gustav Jung’s “Psychological Types”, and Ancient Typology. All in all, the Mandala of Characters allows us to look at the movement between our psychological states from a broader perspective.

So, based on the Mandala of Characters, I was constantly coming to the conclusion that Power or Vulnerable State can be in two places, not just in one place. In the end, I assumed that we are actually dealing here with a kind of duality (or dualism) of Power and Vulnerable State.

Next, I tried to find some explanation that would justify this duality. I wrote about my search, among others, in updates 1.23 and 1.24.

Finally, rationalism and realism, about which I wrote in the previous two chapters, turned out to be helpful in explaining the duality of Power and Vulnerable States.

To show how rationalism and realism are helpful, I think it is best to do this with a specific example of one of the character type. For this, I will use the type—Moist Air.

The mandala for Moist Air is as follows.

At this moment, we are interested in Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States, (that is, Power and Vulnerable State). In the case Moist Air type, his Power and Vulnerable States we can find in the following points:

  • Hot Air, and
  • Cool Water.

These two points we can find in the area of rationalism. I show this in the next diagram.

In the diagram above, I put the area of Rationalism. In this area, we can see the different types of Rationalism that I talked about in earlier chapters.

Besides, I also included a translucent outline of the model of the psyche. On the connections between the Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States, we can see the inscription “Connections between Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States of the type—Moist Air”.

We can see that in the case of our sample type—Moist Air its:

  • “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State (Power or Vulnerable State)” in the Hot Fire point is closest to the inscription — RATIONALISM, EXTRAVERSION.
  • “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State (Power or Vulnerable State)” in the Cool Water point is closest to the inscription — RATIONALISM, INTROVERSION.

Thus, the Moist Air has its Power and Vulnerable States in places where there are:
— Extraverted Rationalism, and
— Introverted Rationalism.

In this case, we will be interested in these two kinds of Rationalism in further considerations regarding Moist Air type. Therefore, in the next diagram, I leave only the areas of Introverted and Extraverted Rationalism.

Now we can see more clearly that Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States of the type Moist Air are in the areas, where are:

  • Rationalism, Extraversion—Hot Fire point,
  • Rationalism, Introversion—Cool Water point.

So, both the first and the second point of “Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State” is in the area of Rationalism.

The difference between one and the other kind of Rationalism is that:
— one Rationalism is Extraverted,
— and other Rationalism is Introverted.

And this is one of my explanations why we have a duality of Power and Vulnerability States. This is simply because both Power and Vulnerable State of Moist Air are located in the area of Rationalism.

So, when the Moist Air moves from its Power State to its Vulnerable State, it constantly moving through the area of rationalism. In both states, Moist Air is still Rational. And being Rational all the time make it easier for Moist Air to move between its Power and Vulnerable State.

Okay, and how does this movement between Power and Vulnerable State look like in the case of Moist Air?

As I said before in its Power and Vulnerable States, Moist Air moves between Extraverted Rationalism and Introverted Rationalism. So, let us first recall what Introversion and Extraversion are? In chapter 19, I summarized Introversion and Extraversion in this way:

Extraversion—gives priority to what is happening in the outer world. That is, give priority to our objects and cases (or matters), for example:

  • our cases (matters) to deal with, to resolve, to review, etc.
  • and objects of our activities, interests, needs, efforts, aspirations, etc.

To get things done and get the objects that we need:

  • we are ready to take the risk associated with them,
  • to gain opportunities that they may give.

Introversion—gives priority to what is happening in our inner world. That is, gives priority to ourselves and our relations, for example:

  • our personal: interests; talents, skills; experience; what we do; the positions we are in; etc.,
  • and our relations: with ourselves; with other people; with our surroundings;
(relations here may also be ways of approaching tasks and challenges; methods of doing something; recipes for preparing something; etc.

To protect and promote ourselves and our relations, we are ready:

  • protect and promote ourselves (for example, our needs, position, talents, experience, knowledge, rights, etc.),
  • to gain good relations and be noticed and appreciated.

So, in short, this is how Extraversion and Introversion look like. Then, let us go back to Moist Air and its Power and Vulnerable States.

Let us consider first the case where Moist Air in its Power State Moves to Hot Fire point.

The Hot Fire is in the area of Rationalism that is associated with Extraversion. Extraversion, whereas, gives priority to what is happening in the outside world. In other words, in this place mostly, we are guided by the rations (that is, Rationalism), which concern the outer world. Because of this, then, our Moist Air may get more Self-Esteem from the rations (or reasons) that he can use, for example, for sharing with others. By sharing with others, I mean that Moist Air wants to make an impact on the world around him.

Moist Air, of course, expects that its rations will be recognized and appreciated by others. Or that rations will attract their attention, will bring others sympathy, convince them to something, encourage others to offer a favor, etc.

In life, however, it may turn out that others will not always like the rations of the Moist Air. As a result, Moist Air may lose their favor, approval, sympathy, appreciation, and sometimes even trust. Then, the Moist Air may lose his Strong Self-Esteem. So, in this case, Moist Air will move to his Soft Self-Esteem State.

Looking at the diagrams, I have presented above, we can say that the Extraverted Rationalism of Moist Air (which is at the point—Hot Fire) will stop giving him Strong Self-Esteem at this moment. Instead, the point—Hot Fire will be giving the type Moist Air Soft Self-Esteem or Vulnerability.

In this situation, Moist Air often moves to the point—Cool Water. And at the point—Cool Water the type—Moist Air can begin to rebuild its Strong Self-Esteem.

As a reminder, I say:

  • at the point—Cool Water is the area of Introverted Rationalism, and
  • at the point—Hot Fire is the area of Extraverted Rationalism.

So, when Moist Air moves to point—Cool Water, he can rebuild his Strong Self-Esteem. Moist Air, then, converts Extraverted Rationalism into Introverted Rationalism. And then, the Introverted Rationalism can bring him Strong Self-Esteem. In other words, Moist Air is guided by “rations” (or reasons) that relate to his inner world. Then, for example, Moist Air can get Strong Self-Esteem, because he is right in his inner world.

When the Moist Air is in the point—Cool Water (that is, in the area of Introverted Rationalism), then he can be satisfied with, for example:

  • what he is thinking,
  • or what he is doing,
  • or what he is doing and thinking at the same time.

So, Moist Air is limiting access to the outside world and focuses more on his inner world. Thanks to this, he can rebuild this Strong Self-Esteem.

Looking at the Mandala of Characters, we can say, that Moist Air:
— is limiting access to the Hot Fire (Rationalism influenced by Extraversion),
— and he focuses on the Cool Water (Rationalism influenced by Introversion).

Thanks to this, as I said before, Moist Air can rebuild his Strong Self-Esteem. Simply put, if Moist Air cannot be right in the outside world, then he can be right in his inner world.

All in all, when Moist Air is in his
— Soft Self-Esteem State at the point—Hot Fire, then he can simultaneously connect with his
— Strong Self-Esteem at the point—Cool Water.

An analogical situation also occurs when, in the beginning, the Strong Self-Esteem of Moist Air is at the point—Cool Water. Then, too, something can cause Moist Air to lose his Strong Self-Esteem at that point. So, the inner world of the Moist Air will not be able to give him Strong Self-Esteem.

Then, Moist Air can move to Hot Fire and rebuild his Strong Self-Esteem there. And there Moist Air will get Strong Self-Esteem from the outside world. That is, from Extraverted Rationalism.

There is also the third possibility. That is, Moist Air can draw Strong Self-Esteem at the same time from two points. It means, from points: Hot Fire and Cool Water.

How can this be explained?

I think, in understanding this, can help us that:

  • at the point—Hot Fire—there is Extraverted Rationalism, and
  • at the point —Cool Water—there is Introverted Rationalism.

So, we have Introverted and Extraverted Rationalism.

And if we focus more on the core, we are dealing mainly with Rationalism. Then, we have:

  • the “ration” that flows from Extraversion (that is, giving priority to the outer world),
  • the “ration” that flows from Introversion (that is, giving priority to the inner world).

In life, it may look like this, Moist Air will focus simultaneously on the external and internal world. On what is happening around him and what is happening inside him.

When can it be like that?

For example, when Moist Air talks to someone, plays or cooperates. Then, at the same time, he can conduct, so to speak, outer and inner dialogue. So, he may:

  • cooperate with someone who is outside, and with himself inside;
  • play with someone who is the outside world, and at the same time play with himself inside;
  • get along with someone who is outside, and at the same get along with himself inside;
  • etc.

Such outer and inner dialogue can, of course, conduct every type of character. The inner dialogue between what is inside and outside us can also take place when we are alone. For example, while working, playing, creating something, etc. Then the outside world is some matter, thing, machine, device, etc., with the help of which we are doing something. Actually, with which we are doing something together because these things somehow conduct a dialogue with us. They cooperate, collaborate, interact… with us.

Coming back to Moist Air, his “rations” to which Moist Air is convinced at the given moment may flow both:
— from the outer world (Extraverted Rationalism), and
— from the inner world (Introverted Rationalism).

Here we can ask an interesting question. If Moist Air draws Strong Self-Esteem from two places, what happens when Soft Self-Esteem appears in these two places? How then, Moist Air can rebuild his Strong Self-Esteem, when places, where he can do it, are occupied by Soft Self-Esteem?

In this case, rebuilding Strong Self-Esteem is more difficult than when Soft Self-Esteem is in one place. Then there is nowhere to get away from Soft Self-Esteem. Therefore, Soft Self-Esteem can embrace Moist Air for longer.

Such situations, when it is difficult to escape from Soft Self-Esteem, are often disliked by Moist Air (and any other type of character). However, these situations are very much needed by our psyche. Generally speaking, such situations confront every type of character with reality or rationality. It helps us to get a more actual, realistic, rational, and up-to-date assessment of the situation.

Coming back to our example type—Moist Air., he becomes more rational because of a deep entry into Soft Self-Esteem State. Or into Vulnerable State, as I am also calling this state. So, when Moist Air becomes more rational, it can help him recover his Strong Self-Esteem State (or Power State).

All in all, then, it seems that rationality can bring Moist Air both Strong and Soft Self-Esteem. Or can bring him Power or Vulnerability. The desire of Moist Air psyche to be rational will drive him to either into Power or into Vulnerability. And this will happen to him regardless of whether consciously Moist Air likes it or not.

So, rationality in Moist Air regulates his degree of Strong or Soft Self-Esteem. In other words, rationality takes care of the right balance between Strong and Soft Self-Esteem. Rationality maintains the cooperation of these two states. The purpose of this is to make this rationality—so to speak—as rational as possible.

Moist Air consciously, of course, would prefer to be in Strong Self-Esteem State whenever possible, and whenever he wants or needs to be in this state. However, the Soft Self-Esteem State (or Vulnerable State) is as necessary as Strong Self-Esteem State (or Power State).

Of course, going too deep and being too long in Soft Self-Esteem State can also be very undesirable. It can result in many problems, for example, such as:

  • difficulties in overcoming sadness, regret, sorrow, shame, fear, anger, stress, powerlessness, depression and so on,
  • low self-confidence,
  • difficulties in taking on new challenges,
  • etc.

So, too big Strong or Soft Self-Esteem can disturb the stability in the psyche. Especially when one or other of these states is harmful. It means, harmful in the sense that it is difficult to get out of it or somehow stop it.

In conclusion, Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State of the type—Moist Air can move in different ways between points:

  • Hot Fire, and
  • Cool Water.

In other words, Moist Air can draw Strong or Soft Self-Esteem from both Cool Water and Hot Fire.

Therefore, in general, there are such possibilities:

Strong of Soft Self-Esteem State
of Moist Air from the point:
moves to the point:
Cool Water Hot Fire
Hot Fire Cool Water

And we have here the third option:

Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State of Moist Air moves at the same time between
(or feedback loop between) points:
Cool Water and Hot Fire

So, thanks to rationality, we can explain why Moist Air has his Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State in two places. In two places separately or in two places at once. We have here a kind of psychic feedback loop between Extraverted Rationality and Introverted Rationality.

So, we have come to a fascinating phenomenon in our psyche. It means, between our Power and Vulnerable State, there is a feedback loop, duality, or dualism. As we saw above, in the case of Moist Air, this feedback occurs between Extraverted and Introverted Rationalism. In the case of other types, we also deal with analogical feedback loops. That is, for each type, these feedback loops occur between different kinds of rationalism or realism. Thus, for each type, we can carry out analogical considerations as above relating to the type—Moist Air.

Then let us see what the feedback loops look like between Power and Vulnerable States for each type of Mandala of Characters.

First Square:

First Square contains the following types:

  • Moist Air,
  • Dry Earth,
  • Cool Water, and
  • Hot Fire.

The type of character — Moist Air

I have already mentioned about Moist Air type above. I used an example of Moist Air to carry out consideration about Power and Vulnerable States. Below is a summary of type Moist Air and next, other types of Mandala of Characters.

The mandala for Moist Air type looks like this:

In the diagram below, I have placed the area of Rationalism, and I distinguished different types of Rationalism in this area. We can also see a translucent schematic model of the psyche in a position corresponding to the type of Moist Air.

In the table below, I have listed the main factors that impact Power and Vulnerable States of the type—Moist Air.

Type of character — Moist Air, has its Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State in the following points: Philosophy of Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States: Adaptive-defensive mechanisms (or general attitude, or modes of psychic reaction). The closest basic function to Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States:
Hot Fire RATIONALISM EXTRAVERSION THINKING
Cool Water RATIONALISM INTROVERSION FEELING

In the case of Moist Air, therefore, Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable State) are created between points:

  • Cool Water—where the main role plays—RATIONALISM, which is influenced by INTROVERSION.
  • Hot Fire—where the main role plays—RATIONALISM, which is influenced by EXTRAVERSION.

The type of character — Dry Earth

The mandala for Dry Earth type looks like this:

Dry Earth type is in opposition to the type Moist Air. On the Mandala of Characters, we can see that Dry Earth and Moist Air are on the opposite sides of the Mandala.

What results from it?

Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States for both types are located between points Hot Fire and Cool Water. So, the square that contains Conscious and Unconscious Triangles for these both types is located in the same position. We have here only one difference. That is, Conscious and Unconscious Triangles are inverted. Thus:
— the Conscious Triangle of the type Dry Earth for the type Moist Air is the Unconscious Triangle,
— and the Unconscious Triangle of the type Dry Earth is the Conscious Triangle of the type Moist Air.

In the diagram below, I have placed the area of Rationalism, and I distinguished different types of Rationalism in this area. We can also see a translucent schematic model of the psyche in a position corresponding to the type of Dry Earth.

In the table below, I have listed the main factors that impact Power and Vulnerable States of the type—Dry Earth.

Type of character — Dry Earth, has its Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State in the following points: Philosophy of Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States: Adaptive-defensive mechanisms (or general attitude, or modes of psychic reaction): The closest basic function to Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States:
Hot Fire RATIONALISM EXTRAVERSION THINKING
Cool Water RATIONALISM INTROVERSION FEELING

In the case of Dry Earth, therefore, Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable State) are created between points:

  • Cool Water—where the main role plays—RATIONALISM, which is influenced by INTROVERSION.

The type of character — Cool Water

The mandala for Cool Water type looks like this:

In the diagram below, I have placed the area of Realism, and I distinguished different types of Realism in this area. We can also see a translucent schematic model of the psyche in a position corresponding to the type of Cool Water.

In the case of type—Cool Water, its states of Strong and Soft Self-Esteem are created in the area of Realism. Realism, on the other hand, we can find between two basic psychological functions, which are Intuition and Sensation.

Thus, this is a different situation than in the case of previously presented types Moist Air and Dry Earth, where their Power and Vulnerable States are formed in the area of Rationalism. And Rationalism, as we saw earlier, we can find between the second pair of basic psychological functions, that is, between Feeling and Thinking.

In the table below, I have listed the main factors that impact Power and Vulnerable States of the type—Cool Water.

Type of character — Cool Water, has its Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State in the following points: Philosophy of Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States: Adaptive-defensive mechanisms (or general attitude, or modes of psychic reaction): The closest basic function to Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States:

The type of Character — Dry Fire

The mandala for Dry Fire type looks like this:

Dry Fire type is in opposition to the type Wet Water. On the Mandala of Characters, we can see that Dry Fire and Wet Water are on the opposite sides of the Mandala.

In the table below, I have listed the main factors that impact Power and Vulnerable States of the type—Water.

Type of character — Water, has its Strong or Soft Self-Esteem State in the following points: Philosophy of Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States: The closest adaptive-defensive mechanisms (or general attitude, or modes of psychic reaction): Basic function of Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States:
Air REALISM EXTRAVERSION,
JUDGING
INTUITION
Earth REALISM INTROVERSION,
PERCEIVING
SENSATION

In the case of Water, therefore, Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable State) are created between points:

  • Air—where the main role plays—REALISM, which is influenced by INTUITION.
  • Earth—where the main role plays—REALISM, which is influenced by SENSATION.

The type of Character — Fire

The mandala for Fire type looks like this:

Fire type is in opposition to the type Water. On the Mandala of Characters, we can see that Fire and Water are on the opposite sides of the Mandala.

What results from it?

Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States for both types are located between points Air and Earth. So, the square that contains Conscious and Unconscious Triangles for these both types is located in the same position. We have here only one difference. That is, Conscious and Unconscious Triangles are inverted. Thus:
— the Conscious Triangle of the type Fire for the type Water is the Unconscious Triangle,
— and the Unconscious Triangle of the type Fire is the Conscious Triangle of the type Water.

In the case of Air, therefore, Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable State) are created between points:

The type of Character — Earth

The mandala for Earth type looks like this:

Earth type is in opposition to the type Air. On the Mandala of Characters, we can see that Earth and Air are on the opposite sides of the Mandala.

What results from it?

Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States for both types are located between points Fire and Water. So, the square that contains Conscious and Unconscious Triangles for these both types is located in the same position. We have here only one difference. That is, Conscious and Unconscious Triangles are inverted. Thus:
— the Conscious Triangle of the type Earth for the type Air is the Unconscious Triangle,
— and the Unconscious Triangle of the type Earth is the Conscious Triangle of the type Air.

In the diagram below, I have placed the area of Rationalism, and I distinguished different types of Rationalism in this area. We can also see a translucent schematic model of the psyche in a position corresponding to the type of Earth.

In summary, for individual types of character, Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States are formed between the following points:

First Square:

Type of character: Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable States):
Moist Air point—Hot Fire
RATIONALISM
EXTRAVERSION
point—Cool Water
RATIONALISM
INTROVERSION
Dry Earth point—Hot Fire
RATIONALISM
EXTRAVERSION
point—Cool Water
RATIONALISM
INTROVERSION
Cool Water point—Moist Air
REALISM
JUDGING
point—Dry Earth
REALISM
PERCEIVING
Hot Fire point—Moist Air
REALISM
JUDGING
point—Dry Earth
REALISM
PERCEIVING

Second square:

Type of character: Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable States):
Wet Water point—Hot Air
REALISM
EXTRAVERSION
point—Cool Earth
REALISM
INTROVERSION
Dry Fire point—Hot Air
REALISM
EXTRAVERSION
point—Cool Earth
REALISM
INTROVERSION
Hot Air point—Wet Water
RATIONALISM
JUDGING
point—Dry Earth
RATIONALISM
PERCEIVING
Cool Earth point—Wet Water
RATIONALISM
JUDGING
point—Dry Fire
RATIONALISM
PERCEIVING

Third square:

Type of character Strong and Soft Self-Esteem States (Power or Vulnerable States):
Water point—Air
REALISM
INTUITION
point—Earth
REALISM
SENSATION
Fire point—Air
REALISM
INTUITION
point—Earth
REALISM
SENSATION
Air point—Water
RATIONALISM
FEELING
point—Fire
RATIONALISM
THINKING
Earth point—Water
RATIONALISM
FEELING
point—Fire
RATIONALISM
THINKING

So, this is how it looks like movement between Power and Vulnerable States under the influence of Rationalism and Realism.

I will continue this topic in the next chapter, where I present the influence of Consciousness and Unconsciousness on the movement between Power and Vulnerable States.
